SUMMARY:Forest bathing in Cesena
DESCRIPTION:This time will be an almost urban experience. We will stay in an abandoned field\, at the city limits. \nMeeting point at the piadina kiosk “Il Giardinetto”\, via Viareggio. We will then move to the nearby old field. We will start our session with a short introduction\, then will continue\, slowly walking and developing specific invitations\, to establish our personal sensory nature connection. We can freely share our experiences. As usually\, we will end our session with the tea ceremony. \nApproximate duration: 2-2.5 hours. \nWhat to bring \nThe itinenary entirely develops inside a flat old field. Preferably wear long trousers and comfortable shoes. Clothes tuned to the season and a light k-way for light rain. A small backpack with your personal things; some water. If you want\, bring a small mat to sit on the ground\, but not big and heavy\, to avoid being impeded \n
