My new guidebook of hiking itineraries: Alto Appennino di Reggio e Garfagnana. One year after the preceding one, Itinerari nell’Alto Appennino di Reggio e Lunigiana, and with a bit of delay, here it is. It has a particular meaning, since I do not know if others will follow. Time passes by, the motivations change, I would like to, but really do not know. I would like to go on, first of all since writing these books means a lot of hiking and knowledge, first of all, for myself!

Thanks to printer Tarka, beyond beyond any phrase of circumstance: willing to invest in a printed book, is not for granted, in this time of on-line communication. And then, to be sincere, having a book published in a series called “Appenninica” makes me proud.

To whom is the book addressed ? Primarily, to hikers willing to independently organise their itineraries. The book contains plenty of them, that can be considered as a “guide” bout also as models to build new ones. I however think that the book could also meet the interest  of hiking professionals, who perhaps already know the places, but may found, as already happened, new ideas.
