Walking courses La Spezia – information evening

Walking courses, with and without poles, are back, after the lag of this year spring

We will meet on-line, to present and plan forthcoming courses, starting from end Sempeber – October.

Why a walknig course ? After all, walking is an everyday activity, for most of us. But, just because of this, we often neglect it, making it subject to alien habits from everyday life. A course may halp to recover a bit of technique, to allow then freeing the individual attitudes, that everyone clod then apply to walk in the preferred way and contexts.

Program of the evening (about 1 hour, introduction + interaction and questions)

Part 1: walking: speed walking, nordic walking. Other frontiers, mindful walking..
Part 2: programming forthcoming courses, to be held as soon as possible; discussion of individual needs, possible group setting
Part 3: interactions and questions, registrations.
